Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed the next business day and shipped within 24-48 hours.
If you need your order to go out the same day you placed the order, please place your order before 11 A.M. EST (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email and will receive notification with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping only and unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Maxwell Collection is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to California
RETURN POLICY
At Maxwell Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and bag.

Maxwell Collection will send you an RA Number for you to place in the return shipment . Please put the RA # on the outside of the package as well.
Please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. Once we receive your return shipment, we will refund your purchase to the original form of payment method.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.
